You decide how many hours spent on the server give what level, All done through a config file. Every saved in sql database so that your players do-not lose their precious play-time hours. 

Rewards are also editable/changeable through the config file. Currently rewards given are in the form of Items/owned vehicles or money.

All ESX Versions are supported.
